Plate heat exchangers are divided into two installation modes according to whether there are saddle supports. For the plate heat exchanger without saddle bracket, the heat exchanger should be installed on the saddle foundation of brick. For plate replacement with saddle bearing, tile concrete shall be laid on the foundation, and anchor bolts shall be used to fix saddle bearing and ground concrete after dry.
       During the installation of the plate heat exchanger, sufficient space should be left for maintenance and cleaning. The heat exchanger shall not operate under conditions exceeding those specified on the nameplate. The temperature and pressure of the heat exchanger medium shall be inspected and analyzed to prevent abnormal operation of the heat exchanger.
