4. After the temperature is stable and all the parameters are correct, the pre-shaked seeds are connected, the fermentation timing is started, and various parameters are recorded.
5. After the fermentation is completed, the tank and the electrode are cleaned, and the pH electrode is inserted into a triangular bottle of 3M potassium chloride for use. The probe of the dissolved oxygen electrode is sheathed with a protective sleeve and stored for use.
